<text> This is my Macintosh Hypercard Invoice Application I developed as a customer asked if I could submit an electronic invoice as a hypercard stack. If you find the idea useful or are interested in ideas from this stack you may contact me with questions. This application creates an invoice from a control file in which you create a record for each desired invoice. It will contain service codes or item numbers which refer to items in the price list file and a customer number as well as project name and number. The price list is a file which can be modified to any type of price and description information. One record per item (each record is on a different card)The customer list contains your customer number and the customers address one per card. You have to create you own information on New cards using the existing format. After completing these files: using the control file you selection the appropriate menu option to generate an invoice. I generally use the delete card option to remove invoices that have been paid from the invoice file. This way only unpaid invoices exist in the file. The summary file contains a summary of all invoicesStart by open the stack "Inv_application" which provides the main menu selection screen. You obtain a copy of the resulting invoice by using the print card option. You may modify the application as desired all code is readily visible but I would appreciate acknowledgements and user registration. I could also provide individualized applications to your specifications if requested. An Excel 3.0 version of this application also exists in template format and is available. Actually I consider it somewhat easier to use plus it allows more lines on the invoice. This version is designed to work on the small Mac screens but could easily be improved by permitting the use of larger screens.</text>
